Ingredients

Any meat (pork, chicken, lamb ...) 1 kg
Salt, pepper, spices taste
Bulb onions 2-3 pcs
Lemon 1 PC

Cooking method

  • I want to share my barbecue cooking.
  • Marinate meat with spices. Finely chop the onion and lemon and squeeze into the meat. I sometimes pass the onion through a garlic press to make the juice stand out.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid and melt the grill.
  • When the coals are ready, lay out the skewers with meat, COVER baking sheet (deep!) and fry until a beautiful crust.

Note

Such a shish kebab is cooked 2-3 times faster and does not dry out (it turns out like in a gas grill pan).

Now our friends cook in the same way. Once an acquaintance (she is an Armenian) and her husband came to our dacha, when she saw her, she became indignant, and now she cooks like that herself and recommends it to others.
