Ingredients

Cooking method

I cooked it today according to this recipe, it turned out very tasty. I baked it in the microwave on convection + microwave mode, and then just convection. Thanks for the recipe! The only comment to the name - I would not call this dish a kebab, even lazy.

P.S. The funny thing is that yesterday they took meat, pork without a bone from the freezer. And when I began to look today, it turned out that there was just a scapula!

1) Vinegar is best diluted to 3.3%
