Ingredients
earthworm berries	1 kg.
sugar	0.5-0.7 kg.
lemon zest	1/2 tsp
orange zest	1/2 tsp
cinnamon stick	1 PC.

Cooking method

• Put the berries in one glass of sugar for 12 hours, then put on fire, add the rest of the sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and stand for 8-10 hours, then bring to a boil again, add the zest and a cinnamon stick, cook for 10 minutes and cool again. Remove the cinnamon stick from the jam, leave it again for 8-10 hours, then bring it to a boil for the third time, pour it into sterilized jars, roll it up, leave to cool under a blanket.
