Carrot- (or pumpkin-) oat curd cakes

Ingredients

Steamed or baked carrots (pumpkin) about 100 gr.
Curd (not grainy and not pasta) fat content does not matter 150-200 gr.
Sugar to taste
A pinch of salt
Egg C-2 (small) 1 PC.
Small instant oatmeal 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Flour / s or semolina 1 tbsp. l. with a slide

Cooking method

  • A slice of carrots will cook great in the microwave. Wash clean with a brush. You can not clean immediately. Wrap tightly in a baking bag or plain bag. Lay on a microwave plate, tucking the edges to minimize air ingress, and cover with a microwave lid.
  • Switch on for 800 and time 4 minutes. Allow to cool directly in a bowl without opening.
  • We only use a sieve! Not a blender or grater.
  • I do it with my hand, and already rake the remnants with a spoon. Rub the carrots through a sieve. We wipe the cottage cheese there. Add egg, salt and sugar. Pour in the flakes. Stir with a spoon or fork only. Pour flour according to the consistency. Collect the dough with a spoon in a lump and let stand on the table for about 20 minutes. Do not hammer the dough with flour. It should be sticky. Better to roll a little in flakes.
  • HEAT WELL in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  • We constantly wet our hands with water. We form balls and flatten. Fry cheese cakes over medium heat. We turn carefully. We make sure not to burn. When the crust has formed on both sides and you like it, reduce the fire. Pour in literally 50 grams of boiling water. Cover with a lid and let it stand for 5-10 minutes over low heat.
  • We serve with whatever your heart desires. We ate with condensed milk and strawberries with aromatic hot cocoa!
  • Carrot- (or pumpkin-) oat curd cakes
