Peking cabbage salad with mussels

Ingredients

Chinese cabbage 1/2 small head of cabbage
Mussels (in brine) 1 can-300g
Peas 1 small jar
Egg 3 pcs
dressing mayonnaise taste
or olive oil + grain mustard + lemon juice + salt + pepper
dill small bundle

Cooking method

  • Chop the cabbage thinly, add three finely chopped eggs, a jar of mussels and green peas, add greens.
  • We fill with mayonnaise, who categorically does not use mayonnaise, we make a dressing based on olive oil and lemon juice + salt + pepper.
  • Very fast and delicious.
  • Just do not take mussels in oil, preferably in brine.
