Ingredients

active wheat sourdough 100% moisture 200 grams
water 230 gram
spelled flour 50 grams
rye wallpaper flour 50 grams
semolina brand T 30 grams
wheat flour / grade 350 grams
honey 1 tsp
pressed yeast 3 grams
salt 10.5 grams

Cooking method

  • Feed the sourdough 6-8 hours the day before. It's warm now, so watch out for the leaven. It can be ready in 4 hours. It all depends on the temperature and the activity of the starter.

Thanks for the recipe. The bread is very good and easy to bake and consume regularly. I did everything as in the recipe, except for two points:
1) did not put semolina, it was simply not in the house
2) I made wheat sourdough on a rye starter
