Ingredients
Turkey fillet	450 g
Bulb onions	1 PC.
Egg	1 PC
Oat bran	1 tbsp. l.
Butter	20-30g.
Salt, pepper, dried garlic, dried sage	Taste
Boiled or baked potatoes	1 PC

Cooking method

Cut the turkey fillet into cubes with a side of 0.5-1 cm, as we do on manti.
Salt, pepper, season the fillet and make sure that everything is in moderation.
We also cut potatoes.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Break an egg into a bucket of a bread machine and turn on the TEST mode for 10 minutes.
The kneader is spinning, and we put it in one by one, helping the stove to interfere with a silicone spatula.
First, the turkey fillet, then the onion, and almost at the very end of the bran.
Turn off the mode, take out the kneader and smooth the workpiece.
Put slices of butter on top, close and turn on the mode
BAKERY PRODUCTS,
Crust color MEDIUM, Time 1 hour.
I close the window of the bread machine with foil.
When the mode worked, I checked the temperature in the center of the casserole with a meat thermometer.
It turned out 79 ℃ —80 ℃. The casserole is ready.
I turned it over on a wire rack to glass a small amount of liquid.
After the casserole has cooled down a little, I put it on a plate, cut it and served it to the table.

Note

Due to the fact that the meat is cut and not passed through a meat grinder, its taste remains more pronounced. Herbs are felt well.
Of course, if there was minced meat, it could be cut thinner, but I like it better when the meat is in pieces.
