Turkey fillet in boats

Ingredients

turkey fillet 700-800 g
green beans 300 g
leek 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper 8 pcs.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Cherry tomatoes 8 pcs
mayonnaise 100 g
sour cream 100 g
dill, parsley 4-5 branches
garlic 2-3 cloves
adjika 1/2 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the turkey fillet into cubes with a side of ~ 2-3 cm and lightly fry in a skillet until half cooked. Boil beans (fresh or frozen) in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cut the fresh pepper in half, remove the core and seeds without cutting off the stem, and stuff with turkey, beans and leeks.

  • Pour over the sauce made from mixed mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped herbs with garlic, adjika and salt. Put half a cherry tomato on top and bake in a preheated oven for half an hour.
