Ingredients

Pizza dough
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 1 tbsp. l.
A tomato 1 PC.
Pickle 1 PC.
Small onion 1 PC.
Cheese

Fresh herbs, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Knead the yeast dough in HP. Since I have little kids, pizza lovers, I cut all the filling finely. I cooked in a Teflon bowl. She smeared it with vegetable oil, rolled out a pancake from the dough and put it in a bowl. Made the sauce: mixed mayonnaise and ketchup together. She smeared the dough with it. I laid out all the filling: cold cuts, onions, pickles, tomatoes, grated cheese. Sometimes I add fresh herbs and spices to the top of the cheese. This time they were not. We close the lid, the valve is open. We set the "frying" mode for 30 minutes. Bon Appetit!

Note

So that the crust from the bottom is not hard, after cooking I leave it under the lid for another 15-20 minutes.

It does not burn in Teflon. Tested more than once And the crust on top, not quite fried, but how more windy it turns out. But completely baked.

Only fried not 30 minutes, but 15 minutes. Then she blushed in AG for 10 minutes at maximum. Very tasty, urgent!
