Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Top 20 g of bran and 125 g of sifted flour,
  • Top all the dough.
  • Mode BASIC, crust color LIGHT.
  • When kneading, we make sure that there is no flour left in the corners of the bucket, although the dough looks harsh, but in no case should you add water. Feel the dough and you will see that it is as thick as an earlobe
  • The dough and after 2 kneading sticks a little to the fingers, it should be so.
  • In 1 hour 55 minutes before the end of the program, after a short warm-up, you can remove the stirrer blade.
