Cooking method

  • I poured water into the form of a bread machine, spread the yeast and honey well, added salt and vegetable oil. then he added flour and flax seeds (I wanted sesame seeds, but could not find).
  • then I turned on the "pelmeni" mode in the bread maker, she kneaded a bun for me. kneads me for 20 minutes. then I take out the spatula, with a wet hand equalize the dough in the shape of a bread machine and turn on the "rye" mode. it's for another 6 hours.
  • I baked the bread, take it out of the mold, sprinkle it with water from a spray gun and cover it with a towel.
  • In the photo, the crumb has not stabilized yet, as it was cut early. the loaf came out 812 grams.
  • I have a panasonic sd-2500 bread maker

ah-ah-ah .. how rightly the remark is made. I do not have a "rye" mode in my sd-2500, I bake on mode 07, I have it "French". but it's still 6 hours. the actually kneaded dough is allowed to stand for 5 hours and bake for 1 hour. to be precise, baking on 7 mode -55 minutes
