Beet Balsamic

Ingredients

Small beets 8-10 pcs
Red onion 2 pcs
Cilantro Beam
Chili pepper 1 PC
Refined oil
Balsamic vinegar
Sugar The spoon

Cooking method

  • Boil the beets and cut into circles, if large, then in half rings
  • Cut the red onion into thin half rings and still in half
  • Take out the seeds from the chili pepper and cut into beads
  • Sprinkle the onion with apple cider (or simple) vinegar, a spoonful of sugar and after a minute rinse with boiling water (from a kettle), let it cool
  • Finely chop the cilantro and combine all the ingredients.
  • We make the dressing: 4-6 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar are mixed with a whisk with 3-4 tablespoons of refined oil and a tablespoon of sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  • It is desirable to brew the salad for 15-20 minutes.

Note

There is no salt in this recipe !!!
And if you don't like cilantro, don't substitute any other greens for it. Just do without greenery.
Beetroot in combination with balsamic acquires a rich taste, I recommend it !!

There was no chili, just sprinkled with ground chili. And I did salt it. There is no sugar, because beets are very sweet. Thanks for the recipe, I liked everything. And here is the proof.
