Ingredients

Defrosted cherries without juice two grains

Cooking method

  • After cooking the shawarma, there were pieces of pita bread, which I safely froze. Well, as I love fried (baked) lavash with a crust, then after conjuring a little over it, a funky delicious pie turned out in just 15 minutes.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Prepare the filling, mixing everything beforehand. But first you need to melt the butter and sugar in the microwave. There is already everything and add.
  • We prepare the form by smearing it with butter in half with vegetable oil. We line the bottom with pita bread.
  • Now we take pita bread (you can even trim). Sprinkle with cheese and add cherries.

  • You don't need a lot of cherries so as not to get porridge. Lavash is twisted or rolled up or simply sandwiched. As it turns out. But in one layer! It tastes better.
