Walnut cookies made from spelled flour


Walnut flour 0.5 cups
Unrefined spelled flour 2 glasses
Margarine 125 g
Yolks 4 things.
Sugar 0.5 cups
Baking powder 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Since I didn't like the walnut pasta, I decided to use walnut flour for other recipes.
  • Diamart flour, good quality, fairly fine and dry.
  • So: mix the spelled, nut flour and baking powder well in a bowl. Beat the softened margarine (I think you can take the butter, just was on hand), beat with sugar. Add the yolks (I still have, but you can also use whole eggs), continue beating. We introduce the flour mixture. The dough is quite soft, does not stick to hands.
  • Wrap in paper and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Next, divide the dough into small balls, lay out on a baking sheet, flatten them with a suitable device. I had a very nice bottom of the beer mug.
  • We bake in preheated to 180 gr. oven for 20 minutes.
  • I really liked it.
