Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 150 grams
wheat flour 1 grade 150 grams
egg C1 3 pieces
pumpkin puree 250 grams
vegetable oil b / s 5 tbsp. spoons
sugar 2-3 st. spoons
starch (I have potato) 3 tbsp. spoons
salt 1 tsp
serum 800-900 grams
pressed yeast 10 grams

Cooking method

  • Pumpkin to sound in any way possible and puree.
  • Pour flour into the dishes.
  • Add sugar, salt and starch.
  • Add mashed potatoes.
  • Beat in eggs and pour in butter.
  • Dissolve yeast in a small amount of whey.
  • Pour into the mass.
  • Gradually pour in the serum.
  • Stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
  • I do it with a hand mixer.
  • We make the dough thinner, more liquid than usual. It will thicken when the yeast starts working and the flour gluten swells.
  • We put in a warm place for lifting. It took me 3.5 hours. The dough is ready if it has increased in volume and covered with bubbles.
  • We bake thin pancakes in a very well-heated frying pan.
  • Serve with sour cream, cottage cheese, honey or wrap any filling in them.

Note

Delicious sweet pancakes with a slight sourness. Very soft and elastic. If you do not like the sourness in pancakes, then increase the amount of yeast so that the processes go faster. My serum is not acidic, if yours is acidic, then take it 50-50 with milk or water. Recommend!
