Zucchini cutlets

Ingredients

Zucchini 500 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Low fat cheese (Fitness 5-10%) 50 gr.
Wheat flour 3-5 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 + 1 st. l.
Fresh herbs (parsley, dill) 20 + 20 gr.
Sea salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Wash the zucchini, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Then add salt and squeeze well when the juice comes out. Wash greens, dry, chop finely. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Add greens, cheese, eggs, 1 tbsp to the zucchini. l. vegetable oil and mix. Then add flour to a thick consistency. Form small patties (you can spread with a tablespoon) and fry in a preheated non-stick skillet, lightly oiled.
  • Serve with salad greens, fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), yogurt sauce with herbs and garlic, mustard sauce.
