Arugula salad with salmon and mushrooms

Ingredients

Salad mix (iceberg, frisse, radiccho) 50 gr.
Arugula 50 gr.
Salmon s / s 100 g
Boiled egg 1 PC.
Tomato 1 PC.
Fresh champignons 2 pcs.
Ricotta cheese 50 gr.
Mustard sauce with grain mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Balsamic sauce 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Paprika 1 tsp
Dry Italian Herb Blend 1 tsp
Sea salt 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Wash and dry the salad mixture and arugula. Cut salmon, tomato and mushrooms into thin slices. Peel and slice the egg lengthwise. Prepare the sauce: mix olive oil, mustard sauce, lemon juice, sea salt, a mixture of dry Italian herbs, let it brew for a few minutes.
  • Put the salad mixture, a part of the arugula on a plate. Top with layers of tomatoes, egg, salmon, champignons, ricotta cheese. Drizzle with cooked sauce, sprinkle with paprika, garnish with balsamic sauce and the remaining arugula.
