Ingredients

orange pulp 400 gram
stevioside 1/2 teaspoon
zhelfix 2: 1 1/2 sachet
orange zest 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • Peel the orange slices from films. It took me 3 large oranges.
  • Make mashed potatoes with a hand blender.
  • Add jelly and finely chopped zest.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Pour into a jar. Refrigerate. Keep refrigerated.
