Cheesecake Fair (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)

Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 150 gr.
Kefir 250 ml.
Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Flour 200 gr.
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
Filling:
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 150 gr.
Semolina 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Cottage cheese 400 gr.

Cooking method

  • Cheesecake Fair (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)
  • 1) Lightly beat eggs with sugar. Add cottage cheese, semolina and stir. Set the filling aside while making the cheesecake batter.
  • 2) Beat eggs well with sugar. Add kefir and melted butter.
  • 3) Sift the flour and add soda, cocoa and baking powder to it. Add gradually to the slurry. The dough will turn out to be liquid.
  • 4) Pour the resulting batter into the multicooker bowl. Spoon the filling gently into the center of our large cheesecake in an even layer. Under its weight, it will fall inside the cheesecake.
  • 5) Bake in Bake mode for 80 minutes.

For me, this recipe is the discovery of the year! Not only is this yummy made in a slow cooker, but it also turns out to be an extraordinary beauty!
It seems to be an ordinary multicooker baking in appearance ... but inside !!! ...

I somehow replaced the butter with vegetable oil - everything worked out great.

Lada, this is a cheesecake! Super! I love multi-cooker baked goods very much for the ease of preparation and predictable result. So I will definitely try to do it.
I also have a question about the size of your saucepan. And another question - is it possible to use homemade yogurt and your own soft curd from such yogurt instead of kefir? What kind of cottage cheese do you have? Dry or soft?

I think that replacing it with yogurt won't make big changes in the recipe. You can even try sour milk options - yogurt, sour cream, etc.
The cottage cheese was shop-made in parchment, soft.
