Ingredients

BISCUIT
Eggs 4 things
Sugar 120 g
Flour 120 g
Vanilla sugar 1/10 0.5 bag
Baking powder 1/10 1 tsp
CREAM
Fatty cottage cheese 9-18% 200 g
Cream 33-35% 250 g
Sugar 120 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Cocoa powder for sprinkling 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs well, add sugar and beat for 3-4 minutes. Stop whisking and gradually / in parts add sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar. Line a standard sized baking sheet with baking paper. Pour the dough and bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, 10 minutes. While the biscuit is baking and cooling, prepare the cream. To do this, grind the cottage cheese with sugar, whip the cream and gently introduce them into the cottage cheese, stir until smooth.
  • Cut the cooled biscuit in half, put one sheet on top of another and align the edges, put 2/3 of the cream on the biscuit sheet, cover with the second sheet and grease the whole cake with the remaining cream. Sprinkle copiously with cocoa powder on top. Let it brew in a cool place for at least two hours.

I, absentmindedly, violated the proportions of the cream, dividing it into 2 parts. Still, it is better to put most of the cream between the sheets of the biscuit, and next time I will definitely soak the biscuit with some delicious liqueur. I really missed him here.

I did it just with cottage cheese, after wiping it through a sieve and with soft cottage cheese, it was tasty this way and that, though I liked the soft one more. I take the proportions of soft cottage cheese and cream 1: 1 and a little less sugar.
