Ingredients

Minced meat any (I have pork / beef) 500gr.
Parboiled rice 70 grams (about 3 tablespoons)
Egg 1 PC.
Salt, pepper, spices taste.
Filling:
Brynza / Feta 100gr.
For the sauce:
Sour cream 200gr.
Ketchup 4 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
Water 150 ml.
Salt pepper taste.
Greens (parsley, dill) optional.
Grated cheese for sprinkling 50-70 grams.

Cooking method

  • There are a lot of hedgehog recipes, and this is one of them. I hope you enjoy it, as these hedgehogs are with a surprise inside !!!
  • Immediately I apologize for the poor-quality main photo, but while I was going to arrange beauty, unexpected guests came, and everything was eaten in a matter of minutes, and there was nothing to photograph,))!
  • Let's get started.
  • Let's prepare the sauce, everything is simple, you need to mix all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth, add salt and spices to taste.

  • Now it's the turn of the hedgehogs.
  • Boil the rice until tender in salted water, put it on a sieve and rinse. It's good if there is already boiled rice. Less work :))).
  • Mix the minced meat, rice, egg and spices until smooth. Screw meatballs, weighing 50 grams.

  • For the filling, cut the feta cheese / feta into small cubes.
