500 g wheat flour
10 g fresh yeast
10 g salt
340 g water

Cooking method

  • With a scraper, make through cuts in each piece - diagonal in the center and fanned out on the sides of the central one, from the photo it is clear how it should look.

  • We bake for 5 minutes in mode 3, preheated for 10 minutes for 2.5. Very fast and convenient!
