Snack corn muffins in 90 seconds

Ingredients

wholemeal corn flour 60 grams
fat-free kefir 60 ml
egg C-O 1 piece
olive oil 2 teaspoons
baking powder 1.5 teaspoons
scions, seeds, salt taste

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with baking powder and salt (add spices as desired).
  • Beat the kefir, egg and butter lightly. Pour into flour, stir well.
  • Fill the silicone molds 3/4 full, sprinkle with seeds on top, I have pumpkin seeds.
  • Microwave oven at 700 watts for 90 seconds, at 800 watts for 70 seconds.
