Ingredients

pork shoulder
chicken thighs with skin (fillet)
salt
universal seasoning for meat
ground hot red pepper
bulb onions 1 PC
garlic 2 large cloves
casing for sausages 36-38 mm

Cooking method

  • I finally got infected with sausages))
  • This time I have with pork
  • We need pork shoulder and chicken thighs in a ratio of 50: 50.
  • To the meat grinder, I have Caso FW2000 install a large grate and grind everything into minced meat. Skip onion and garlic through a meat grinder alternating with meat.
  • Minced meat with salt and spices (put to taste) must be kneaded, I did it in Kenwood K with a nozzle for 5 minutes.
  • Install the sausage attachment on the meat grinder. We wash the pork intestines well and put them on the nozzle.
  • we stuff the casing and tie it with thread and make the size of the sausages that you like, my size came out 10cm-11cm, like sausages.
  • Chicken and pork sausages
  • I fried in the Princess for about 15 minutes, but be sure to see the readiness, the time may differ)
  • I sprayed the surface with oil.
