Cooking method

  • Once, for baking bread I tried the Kornex 10 cereal bread mixture ... and I liked it very much ... then it happened that for a long time I could not get out to the store for this mixture, and the mixture itself could not always be found on sale .. like this my experiments began to create a semblance of this bread ... I must say that I succeeded after buying a Brand bread machine, in which the baking mode is very different from Panasonic's)))
  • The newly invented bread got its name Multigrain, my family liked it very much and took root ...
  • According to the instructions for my bread maker, I first pour the liquid into the bucket. Then the sifted flour and other components (except for the multi-grain mixture).

  • For HP Brand, upon a signal (after 1 hour 06 minutes, on the display 3-04) I fill up the grain mixture, and after 1 hour 55 minutes (the remaining time on the display is 2 hours 15 minutes), the last MICRO mixing takes place and I take out the spatula

* Very often, instead of water, I use serum left over from Delicate cottage cheese from Lana-Svetlanaif there is whey from Mozzarella cheese, I gladly add it
** I usually heat milk with water (I don't risk it with whey from Mozzarella cheese - it was brewed several times). Put molasses and salt in a warm liquid. Stir until completely dissolved.
