Parmesan 20 g

Fresh mushrooms 250 g
Fresh tomato 300 g
Garlic 2 cloves

Cooking method

  • Good day!
  • I would like to share with you one wonderful dish.
  • KÜRBISGNOCCHI, that's how it sounds in German.
  • Bake the pumpkin. Peel and mash like mashed potatoes.
  • Add yolk, flour, parmesan, orange zest and spices to the puree, still warm. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Gravy:
  • Meanwhile, we make grill gravy.
  • Pour over the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin. Cut the onion into half rings. Mushrooms into 4 parts.
  • Fry in 2 tbsp. l onion oil, add mushrooms, thyme. Fry for 10 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, chopped garlic, tomato paste, sour cream and water. Boil for another 10 minutes.
  • Form the dumplings with two tablespoons and immediately put them in almost boiling salty water to boil (2-3 minutes). Do not boil!
  • Serve the pumpkin dumplings with the gravy.

Important Notes !!!
Pumpkins are all different, different juiciness. Accordingly, there may be more or less flour. I had a little more.
The dough should not be thick. As for potato pancakes approximately.
Tomatoes, ideally, of course cherry. But you can also ordinary. If it's really tight with a tomato, you can do without them. It will also be delicious.
The thyme is again ideally fresh. If not, then dry.
Parmesan. If not available, grab your favorite cheese.
Improvise. It is only very important to leave the orange zest. This is an important emphasis in the test.
