Ingredients

Flour 4 cups (300ml) or 630g
Milk (water can be used, the recipe will not suffer) 1 glass (300ml)
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 55 g
Butter (or half with margarine - 150 g) 3/4 pack
Dry. yeast 2.5 tsp
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • A glass from a bread machine (I have 310 ml).
  • We put everything in the bread maker and set the "Dough" mode. I have it 2 hours 20 minutes.
  • We get such a wonderful dough !!! I personally did it for the first time.
  • Cut into buns or whatever you want. Let's distance. Lubricate with a beaten egg, sprinkle with whatever you want. And in the oven for 180 gr.
