Spaghetti nut sauce

Ingredients

Peeled walnuts 120 g
Cream 10% 200 ml
Butter 75 g
Garlic 1 clove
Cilantro or parsley 1 bundle
Salt and pepper taste
Liquid from cooked pasta about 1 glass

Cooking method

  • Grind peeled walnuts in a blender. Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the nuts over low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spaghetti nut sauce
  • The nutty flavor is simply breathtaking. Add cream to the pan to the nuts and stir. Add finely chopped cilantro (there was parsley in the original, but I liked it better with cilantro), squeeze out a clove of garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry all for 2 - 3 minutes.   • Further (if the sauce seems thick to you) to obtain the desired consistency of the finished sauce, add the liquid from the cooked pasta (our sauce is still for spaghetti). It should be borne in mind that if the sauce stands, it will thicken even more. So that is all. Fast and delicious!
