Cooking method

  • ♦ Raspberry Pie Recipe:
  • 1. Beat eggs with granulated sugar (without separating the yolks from the whites).
  • 2. Then add sour cream, vanillin, baking powder, butter and flour to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • 3. Grease the sides and bottom of the pan (mold) with a piece of margarine.
  • 4. Next, pour the dough into a mold.
  • 5. Carefully put clean, dry raspberries into the dough, slightly melting.
  • 6. Then place in an oven preheated to 180-190 ° C and bake until tender (about 1 hour). We check the readiness with a wooden canapé skewer.
  • 7. Take out the finished baked goods, cool slightly, sprinkle with powder or almonds and serve.
  • Decorate the finished raspberry pie with whipped cream and fresh berries, pour over sour cream with sugar, icing or fondant.

Time for preparing:

65 minutes in a slow cooker (check at 40-50 minutes, if necessary increase the baking time)

Frozen is also possible, of course. I did it many times, it works great. But I pre-thaw the berries and drain the juice. I have not tried it with apples, so I cannot answer for the taste. But try it.

The composition contains vegetable oil, not margarine, because it makes the texture of the baked goods more porous. The amount of vegetable oil can be reduced to your liking, the baked goods will not spoil.
