King prawns with ginger sauce

Ingredients

King prawns (boiled) 12 pcs
For the marinade:
Fresh ginger 4 cm.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic 1 tooth.
Salt taste
For the sauce:
Starch 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail. Cut with a sharp knife along the back and remove the intestinal vein. Rinse.
  • Prepare the marinade. Peel and grate the ginger, pass the garlic through a press. Mix all ingredients.
  • Put the peeled shrimps in the marinade, mix thoroughly. Leave on for 30 minutes. I did it in a vacuum container.
  • Put the shrimps on foil and bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 30 minutes.
  • Dilute starch with 1/3 cup of cold water.
  • Pour marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Introduce starch in a thin stream and stirring constantly, boil for 1 minute.
  • Serve the shrimp with the sauce.
  • For lovers of Chinese spicy cuisine, I recommend!)
