Greek Island Salad

Ingredients

Chicken (boiled) 500 g
Avocado 1 PC
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Romano salad 10 leaves
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Green onions 5 feathers
Olives b \ k 10 pieces
Chees Feta 150 g
Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
Dried mint 1/2 tsp
Salt pepper taste
For refueling:
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Boil the meat (bake), chop.
  • Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  • Finely chop the green onion.
  • Cut the salad into strips.
  • Cut the olives into 2 pieces.
  • Cut the cheese into cubes.
  • Mix all ingredients (except cheese), season with salt, pepper, mint, oregano. Add oil, lemon juice, stir. Add cheese last and stir gently.
  • Arrange in portions, garnish with parsley leaves if desired.
