Cooking method

  • A piece of meat and mushrooms must be boiled until half cooked.

  • Cut the meat into portions, put in a mold, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven, airfryer ..., until a beautiful, golden brown crust. Well, this is according to the recipe, and I added potatoes.
