Ingredients

For the test:
Wheat flour 450-500gr.
Cottage cheese + fermented baked milk 200g. + 130-150ml.
Odorless vegetable oil 1/2 cup (125 ml.)
Egg 1 PC.
Baking powder 1 sachet (10 gr.)
For filling:
Minced meat any (I have pork / beef) 500gr.
Tomatoes 5-6 pcs.
Sweet pepper 1 PC.
Garlic 2-3 cloves.
Salt, pepper, spices taste.
Vegetable oil for frying.
For filing:
Any vegetables to taste (cut into cubes / strips).
I have pickled onions and herbs.

Cooking method

  • I offer a delicious and satisfying recipe for wonderful cakes with meat, and not only !!!
  • So, let's begin...
  • Let's make the dough.
  • I kneaded in HP, "Pelmeni" mode for 10-15 minutes.
  • Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a bucket, mix cottage cheese with egg, fermented baked milk, butter. Add HP to the bucket, turn on the batch. Look at the bun, you may need to add flour / liquid.

  • Let the dough sit for 30 minutes, I left it in HP.
  • In the meantime, let's prepare the filling.
  • Fry the garlic in oil, add the minced meat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  • Cut the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Simmer everything for 10 minutes, add salt, pepper, spices to taste. Set aside, let cool slightly.
