Ingredients

premium wheat flour (1st can be used) 300 g
wheat groats 20 g
semolina 80 g
oat flakes (rolled oats) 30 g
kefir 200 g
water 80 ml
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1.5 tsp
dry yeast 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Put all the ingredients in a bucket of HP in the order indicated in the instructions for HP
  • 2. Select a program. In my Panasonic 2500 this is program 1. Then the bread maker will do everything herself.
  • 3. Cool on the wire rack and you can enjoy fresh bread

Note

Keep an eye on the kolobok - you may need to adjust the amount of liquid for your specific flour and cereals, and kefir may be thinner for someone and thicker for others.

The recipe was slightly modernized:

wheat flour 400 gr
semolina and flakes 50 + 50 gr
kefir took 150 ml and added 1 tbsp. l. sour cream, then topped up with warm water to 350 ml
yeast, respectively, 1 + 1/4 tsp.
Everything else - "as taught"

Baked on the "French bread" mode, I have it 3 hours 55 minutes.
