Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

For peanut butter:
Blanched peanuts 500 gr.
Coarse sea salt 0.5 tsp without slide
Liquid honey 2-4 st. l.
Odorless vegetable oil 4-6 st. l.
For cookies:
Peanut paste 150 gr.
Oat flour 65 gr.
Small instant oatmeal 30 gr.
Baking soda 1/2 tsp without slide
Thick sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l.
Honey 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peanut butter .... dream and delicious. We can’t buy, but we can cook it ourselves - SIMPLY! Our cute Elven-Helen has a recipe for its preparation.

  • I will not talk about it, you can read it at Lena's. I will briefly show you how I did it:
  • I take peanuts blanched, peeled. I fry immediately over high heat, so that the pan is warmed up and the peanuts are browned. Then I reduce the fire to a minimum and, stirring constantly, dry for 10 minutes. I really regret the blender, so first I twist it in a meat grinder with a spoonful of oil. Then I throw everything into a blender and grind it well with interruptions, since again I feel sorry for the technique. For cookies, you don't need a very liquid paste. Therefore, peanut particles are welcome.

  • Mix the peanut mass with honey. Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
  • Add flour and flakes. Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

  • But the dough was very short, so I added 2 spoons. Soda comes last.

  • Now we sculpt cookies with our hand dipped in water and put them on a silicone mat.
  • Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
  • The oven is preheated to 180 degrees. We bake cookies for 10 minutes. This is the beauty that came out.
  • Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
  • Cool on the wire rack. The liver is immediately soft. Then a pleasant crunch appears. Serve with peanut butter.

Drop dead tasty even when you sleep in the morning. I was going to make halva, and then there is peanut butter, mine will go crazy. And also cookies with it and in it. Definitely to do (if I add more oil instead of sour cream will not be offended?)

I have not tried the purchased one. here you understand, with a home-made buzz in general - you want it thicker (don't give peanut halva, don't take it), you want it thinner ... you want it with salt, you want it sweet ... we are already glutted
and, also ... if you are going to do it with honey, and not with sugar, then put honey last when whipping. I noticed that if right away, it will be very thick and pour in a lot of oil, and this is not always pleasant. but in general, I've been making pasta for 2 weeks now and every time it turns out differently
