Turnip 1 kg
Prunes 1 kg

Cooking method

  • The goose is greased with a mixture of salt and pepper and wrapped in a baking film.
  • We set for an hour and a half at 180 gr. in the oven.
  • After that, pour the vegetables onto a baking sheet, pour the fat from the bag with the goose, put the goose on top and bring it to readiness at 150-175 gr. about 40 min-hour.
  • In the Multicooker: half a goose in one piece or chopped, fry in the baking mode for 40 minutes, turning over every 10 minutes, add vegetables (as much as you like, but turnips and prunes are required), lightly salt and simmer for 2 hours on the stewing program.
