Butter roll with lavender

Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 450 grams
peeled rye flour 50 grams
small egg 2 pieces
sugar 70 grams
margarine (butter) soft 70 grams
any nuts (I have walnuts) 50 grams
raisins 50 grams
salt 0.5 tsp
milk 200 grams
lavender flowers 1 tsp
instant yeast 6 grams
yolk with milk for lubrication.

Cooking method

  • I made the batch in KhP on the "Basic" program 7 * 5 * 12.
  • Mixed flour with yeast, rubbed lavender.
  • I broke the nuts into the smallest crumb with a grinder.
  • She poured milk into the HP bucket, added sugar, salt, nuts and soft margarine.
  • Pour in flour.
  • I added raisins 5 minutes before the end of the batch.

  • Stretch-fold and ferment.
  • Fermentation for 120 minutes with one kneading after 60 minutes.
  • We form buns of any shape.
  • Proof for 50-60 minutes.
  • Lubricate the top of the buns with yolk.
  • We bake with steam at a temperature of 200 degrees for the first 10 minutes.
  • Briefly ventilate the oven, remove the steam, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.
  • We bake until cooked for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, let cool, sprinkle with powder on top.
  • Let's go!

Fragrant, delicious rolls. Very delicate and weightless. I came up with the recipe at the request of Tumanchik (just don't bring a report)! I would add more sugar next time by 20 grams. The rolls are quite sweet, but I love them even sweeter. Recommend!

You can try with a smaller amount and find out whether it will work or not. I've just started using it. I like it so far. She baked bread, exhibited it the other day. and now the rolls.
