Cooking method

  • Defrost the puff pastry package.

  • I had a large 900g dough pack consisting of 4 rectangular sheets. I made a pizza from 2 sheets, and 2 sheets remained for buns.
  • Roll out each of the 2 sheets. Try to roll in only one direction, lengthwise.
