I cooked rabbit and duck with dried cherry plum, cherry plum suits them perfectly! And such a half-dried plum is perfect for oriental cuisine, for example, for pilaf.

But, the last purchases of dried cherry plum did not impress me, the quality began to fail ...

You can decorate the taste of dried plum. Place the drain on the drier tray, and lightly sprinkle with sugar. Or any aromatic salt to taste. And dry until half cooked to remain slightly underdried.
