Ingredients

small chicken legs 3 pieces
small pear 4 pieces
turnip onion 2 pieces
butter 30 grams
sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
soy sauce 4-5 st. spoons
garlic 2 teeth
hot pepper taste
any my favorite spices for grilling, paprika taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Wash and dry the legs.
  • Crush or grate the garlic.
  • Free hot peppers from seeds, cut.
  • Mix soy sauce, favorite spices and garlic.
  • Put the legs in a bowl, pour over the marinade, mix.
  • Leave to marinate for an hour or more.
  • Get the chicken legs.
  • Cut the onion into half rings and fry until soft in a pan.
  • Put the onion in a heatproof dish, the meat on top and pour over the marinade.
  • Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
