Cooking method

  • We wash the rice, chop the cabbage as we are accustomed to, chop the onion finely, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the mushrooms (I only have small hats) chop coarsely, add the minced meat (any is possible), mix everything, add salt and spices to taste (I get about 0.5 teaspoons of salt and add ground bay leaf, a few peas of red, black, white pepper).
