Rice-apricot dessert

Ingredients

round rice (I have "Arborio") 100g
milk 570 gram
apricots 5-6 pieces
cream, fat content 27% 250 ml
vanilla taste
instant gelatin 15 grams
sugar 3 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Wash the rice. Pour 500 grams of milk and cook until tender (you can digest it) with sugar.
  • Wash apricots, remove pits.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in the remaining warmed milk.
  • After the rice has cooled, add the apricot.
  • Puree the mixture.
  • Whip the cream.
  • Mix the cream with the rice and apricot mixture.
  • Add vanillin.
  • Pour gelatin in a thin stream.
  • Beat everything with a mixer.
  • Arrange in shapes.
  • Refrigerate until solid.

I think the same number. I use instant. Somehow we already don't see another one on sale (maybe I look bad). This is about 3.5 teaspoons under the knife.
