It was with this proportion that I began to cook it several years ago, after reading the recipe in the "Gourmet School". Some proportions and ingredients, over time, have changed, which is called "for themselves" (therefore, in the name "A la Spanish"). In the original soup, the almonds must be peeled - I did not do this, more garlic and sugar - we like it less, we use only olive oil and instead of milk, water.
It turns out a very interesting cold soup to its taste.
