Tomato and onion salad with tomato juice dressing

Ingredients

Tomatoes 4 things.
Red onion 1 PC.
Garlic 1 tooth.
Tomato juice (I have it with salt) 3 tbsp. l.
Light balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Fold into a bowl.
  • For dressing, mix juice, oil, vinegar, add salt, sugar, pepper, garlic squeezed through a garlic press. Season the salad and stir. Place in the refrigerator as needed for cooling.
