But I only have such a beast at work, and at home cook sausages at 75-800C for 15-20 minutes. until ready (72 0C inside). Do not bring to a boil, so that the meat does not lose its juiciness. Thus, the sausages will not burst during further frying, baking. Well, that's all, you can freeze part of the batch, fry part in a frying pan, on a wire rack, bake in the oven, even tried to fry in a deep fryer, it's very tasty, but in deep fat they burst, infections.
