  • I would like to present you a recipe for Healthy Nuggets. As we all know, in a fast food cafe it is not meat that goes into nuggets, but a mixture of all sorts of things, which is unhealthy.
  • And children love nuggets, so I had to cook them.
  • So:
  • We make minced chicken fillet. I made in the kitchen machine ProfiCook mkm-1074.
  • You can grind it through the middle wire rack.
  • Turn the flakes together with the meat.
  • Put fillet, pre-cut into pieces, rolled oats, salt in a bowl.
  • Turn on ck6 / 15 sec. Then on ck7 / 5 sec.
  • We get a homogeneous minced meat, or rather a mass of chicken fillet.
  • Useful nuggets
  • Break the egg into one bowl and mix the egg white with the yolk with a fork.
  • Pour bread crumbs into another bowl.
  • We wet our hands with water and start sculpting. We do not take a lot of minced meat, everyone has seen what size nuggets are, so we take so much to get nuggets, like in a cafe.
  • I blinded everything at once, and then dipped it in an egg and rolled it in breadcrumbs. Spread it out on a dry board.
  • Useful nuggets
  • You can fry wherever you like. It is possible in the Princess pizza oven, it is possible in the multivar on the Fry mode, it is possible on the grill if the grill is with a deep frying pan or on the stove)
  • Warm up the surface to max and pour in sunflower oil, a little more than usual.
  • We spread the nuggets and fry for 9 minutes. Turn over once for 5 minutes.

Hercules is not felt at all!
Most importantly, because we have it cooked from pure meat, you won't eat much. And in a cafe you can get 10 pieces and still want to.

We put a maximum of 500 grams of meat in ProfiCook. I wouldn't put any more.

And we also love cilantro and parsley very much, I also add to my mind!
