Mint fruit lollipops

Ingredients

Fresh mint 4-5 branches
Sugar 10 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 2 tsp
Raspberry syrup 2 tbsp. l.
Green Mikado syrup 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the mint along with the stems, pour half a glass of water and boil for about fifteen minutes over low heat.
  • Mint fruit lollipops
  • Strain, keep the broth, we will cook the syrup on it.
  • For red candies, mix 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tbsp. l. mint broth, 2 tbsp. l. raspberry (or any red) syrup and 1 tsp. vinegar and boil the syrup until thickened over low heat. A test of readiness can be a drop of syrup that hardens when dropped into cold water.
  • Mint fruit lollipops
  • Cook lemon candies, mixing 4 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tbsp. l. mint broth and 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice

  • And finally, I cooked the green ones by mixing 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tbsp. l. mint broth, 2 tbsp. l. green syrup and 1 tsp. vinegar
  • Mint fruit lollipops
  • Pour the syrup into molds greased with vegetable oil, cool and treat children with homemade safe sweets and more!
