Rice rolls with fruit filling and berry sauce

Ingredients

For rolls:
Cream 23% 1 m. St.
Water 2 m. St.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Round rice 1 m. St.
Vanillin
For filling:
Strawberry 3 pcs.
Kiwi 2 pcs.
Pear 2 pcs.
For berry sauce:
A mixture of berries of any (I have strawberries, red currants) 200 gr.
Brown sugar (depending on the acidity of the berries) 1 tbsp. l.
Alcoholic (I have cherry liqueur) 1 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon
Starch 1 tsp without slide
To lubricate the mat:
Cream 23% 50 ml.
Powdered sugar 1 tsp
Vanillin
For decoration:
Berries, fruits, mint, powdered sugar at will and property

Cooking method

  • Cooking rice for rolls:
  • Multi-glass 200 ml
  • Rinse the rice 2 times. Send all the ingredients for the rolls to the multicooker bowl. Mode Porridge pressure 3. After the pressure has dropped, stir, cover and leave for 2-4 hours.
  • Sauce preparation:
  • Puree the berries with a blender, rub through a sieve. Take away half. Pour some of the mashed potatoes into a saucepan and add starch along with sugar, cinnamon and simmer until thickened. Let cool slightly. Add the remaining puree, alcohol and beat well again. Cover or tighten with plastic wrap. Cool down.
  • Roll formation:
  • Peel the ingredients for the filling and cut into cubes. Grease the mat with a mixture of cream, icing sugar and vanilla. Stack the rice, tamp it well. Lubricate with grease. Lay out the filling and roll up.
  • Feed and decoration:
  • Cut and lay out according to your taste and imagination. Serve with sauce and garnish.
