Natasha, no, not dry cottage cheese, but I felt a little lumps. Already when the ice cream itself got, I tasted that there were more almond crumbs. The molds were plastic, there were no crystals. To get the ice cream out of the mold, I put it in warm water for a while, but at first only the stick is removed, and if you hold it longer, it melts, you can see it in the photo.
