Cupcake (cake) Chocolate No. 2

Ingredients

raw eggs 3 small or 2 large
kefir 9 Art. l.
rast. refined oil 3 tbsp. l.
draining. melted butter 3 tbsp. l.
cocoa powder 4 tbsp. l.
premium wheat flour 6 tbsp. l.
starch 2 tbsp. l.
granulated sugar 8 Art. l.
slaked soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
vanillin 1 sachet
salt pinch
liqueur or rum, or cognac option

Cooking method

  • 1) Eggs thoroughly, until whitening, beat with sugar.
  • 2) Pour both types of oil into the egg mixture. Stir in a pinch of salt.
  • 3) We add kefir and alcohol at the rate (if you decide to use).
  • 4) Mix cocoa with flour, soda, baking powder and starch, add vanillin and stir in the dry mixture to the egg. We carefully combine everything until smooth.
  • 5) Lubricate a large silicone mold with a "pipe" with softened butter (not margarine!).
  • 6) Pour the dough into the mold and distribute it evenly in it.
  • 7) We bake in the microwave at a power of 750 for exactly 14 minutes. After the signal, do not open the microwave for another 8 minutes.
  • 8. Take out the cake pan. Keep the cake in the mold for 10 minutes and then turn it over on the wire rack to cool completely.
  • 9) Cut into at least 3 pieces. We coat with any cream of your choice. We decorate and send to the refrigerator to combine the cake into a whole.

  • As a rule, I coat the cake with the cream that is currently available.
  • This time I adapted here too Sour cream custard from natapit , cooked, like a cake, in the microwave.
  • The cream is prepared instantly, and the cream was just prepared in advance, so to speak, just in case.
  • The cream was prepared by 1.5 norms, given by its author, (so many products were available for him in the refrigerator). And, as you can see, this amount was not enough to smear the whole cake.
  • Therefore, I believe that a double rate of cream should be prepared for the whole cake at once.

  • Raffaello's cream is also extremely suitable for this cake (especially since I, as a rule, mask the flaws of the cake outside with coconut flakes). Chocolate cream is also suitable (which I did, using Homemade Nutella as one of the layers of smear, the remains of which were lonely in the refrigerator).
